I am certified in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), an evidence-based approach that equips clients with practical skills for managing emotions, building healthier relationships, and reducing destructive patterns. This structured yet supportive method has allowed me to help clients find stability and meaningful change in their daily lives.
In addition, I hold a certification in Anger Management and provide court-ordered assessments for individuals who are required to complete evaluations or participate in structured anger management services. I approach these assessments with professionalism, ensuring that they are thorough, fair, and respectful of each individual’s circumstances.
